Tenant Questions:


  • How do I access my Tenant Portal?

    To access your Tenant Portal, log in using the credentials you set up during registration. If you haven't registered yet, create an account using the link here.

  • How Do I Submit a Maintenance Request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the Tenant portal. 


    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • What Is the Process for Moving Out?

    To ensure a smooth move-out experience, please follow these steps:


    1. Submit a Notice of Intent to Move Out at least 30 days before your lease ends.
    2. Review the Move-Out Procedures for cleaning and preparation guidelines.
    3. Schedule a final inspection with property management.
    4. Return all keys, remotes, and access devices by the agreed-upon date.


    Please provide your notice of intent to vacate and any move-out inspection forms required.

  • Can I Pay Rent Online?

    Yes, you can securely pay rent online.  Log into your Tenant portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • What Are Your Business Hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4:30 PM.

  • What Should I Do in Case of an Emergency?


    For Urgent Maintenance Issues:

    • If it's a maintenance emergency (e.g., plumbing leak, electrical issue), immediately contact the property management office by phone at 916-517-1619

    For Fire or Safety Emergencies:

    • If there is a fire or immediate safety concern, call 911 right away, then contact property management for any necessary follow-up actions.

    For After-Hours Issues:

    • If the issue occurs after regular office hours, follow any emergency protocols provided in your Tenant Handbook or on the Tenant Portal. Be sure to leave detailed information when you contact us so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
